Equitable Opportunities Now

We’re excited to join Cannabis For Black Lives in support of Equitable Opportunities Now (EON). EON is a Massachusetts-based nonprofit that exists to educate and empower BIPOC communities in their home legal cannabis markets. Their work supports the transition from legacy to legal markets aiming to forge a path to economic empowerment for people with past cannabis convictions and returning citizens.

Since inception, EON has run solely on the contributions of the small businesses leading the organization. They’re seeking funds to bolster their operations to coordinate legislative and regulatory pushes on behalf of the citizens they serve.

Born out of Cannaclusive, Cannabis for Black Lives (CfBL) is a coalition of cannabis companies galvanizing the broader industry to support Black led organizations and communities through a commitment to corporate hiring & company culture, amplification of Black voices, and financial support with ongoing accountability measures. We welcome companies of all sizes, geographies and corners of the industry to join in order to make a greater impact together.
